I absolutely adored the stained glass window on the stairs. it felt like I was stepping into a whimsical storybook every time. Plus, the thoughtful grab rails in the bath made my stay delightfully stress-free and secure.
Additional seating in common areas would be lovely.

Perfect spot by the sea!
Such a great stay in Room 1! The place was super clean, and the soft beds were a dream. Breakfast was huge, with crazy good pancakes and loads of fresh fruit. The hosts were beyond friendly. Only thing? Could’ve used more sitting space in the lounge area, but it didn’t ruin the vibe at all!

the new england is a gem! the small double room was so fresh and modern. i loved the lovely toiletries in the well-equipped bathroom. breakfast was a highlight too, with generous portions of freshly prepared food, all thanks to the amazing hosts who made us feel right at home. it's just a short walk from the busy town center, perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Direct access to beach front, charming sea-side decor, stunning sea views from rooms
Parking is a hassle, which gets annoying!!! Room temperatures can become intolerable!!! It would have been nice to have additional evening entertainment options!!! the honesty bar closing at 9:30 PM is simply asphyxiating!!!

had a wonderfull time at the new england hotel! clean comfy room with a nice sea view, and the owners derek and brid were super friendly. brekfast was delish with loads of choices and they really made sure we felt like home. also loved the little bar area for evening drinks after a day out! just a great cozy vibe all around.
only downside was the shower could be a bit more powerful. also, it was a lil tricky to find parking nearby during peak hours.

Cozy and Welcoming Vibes
Visited for a night and had a fab experience! The owners were super friendly and made my stay feel so personal. The breakfast was hearty—definitely not gonna leave hungry! The bar had a great selection, perfect to unwind. Only wished it stayed open a bit later to enjoy it more. But honestly, can't complain about anything else!
